1. Basketball and physical risk

Basketball, exercise, training, travel, and competition involve risks including falls, collisions, dehydration, illness, property damage, serious injury, or death.

Participants are responsible for assessing their health, ability, equipment, environment, and readiness. Medical advice should be sought when appropriate.

2. No referee format

Some HoopLiga activities may use player-led, community-led, or no-referee formats. Participants remain responsible for honesty, sportsmanship, safety, and compliance with the applicable rules.

3. User-generated content

Opinions, claims, products, comments, profiles, statistics, photos, and videos posted by users do not necessarily represent HoopLiga.

4. Accuracy and availability

HoopLiga attempts to maintain accurate information but does not guarantee that every score, schedule, profile, statistic, product, link, or announcement is complete, current, or error-free.

5. Third-party services and advertising

HoopLiga may link to or display services, products, payment providers, delivery services, advertisements, and websites operated by third parties. Those parties are responsible for their own content, services, and policies.

6. Prizes and promotions

Promotional images and preliminary prize announcements do not override the final written contest rules, eligibility verification, availability, sponsor commitments, or lawful requirements.

7. Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HoopLiga is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from user conduct, third-party services, internet failure, unauthorized access, event participation, or reliance on unverified user content.

Nothing in this disclaimer removes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
