Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Ownership and permission

Users may upload only content they created, own, licensed, or are otherwise legally permitted to use.

2. Copyright complaints

A copyright owner or authorized representative may request review or removal by providing:

  • Identification of the protected work.
  • The exact HoopLiga page or content involved.
  • Contact information of the complainant.
  • A statement explaining ownership or authority.
  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  • A statement that the submitted information is accurate.

3. Review and removal

HoopLiga may temporarily restrict or remove disputed content while reviewing a complaint. The uploader may be asked to provide proof of ownership, permission, licence, or lawful use.

4. Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing content may lose upload privileges or be suspended or terminated.

5. False claims

Submitting a knowingly false or misleading copyright complaint may expose the complainant to account action or legal responsibility.
