1. Cookies and similar technology

HoopLiga may use cookies, session identifiers, local storage, pixels, and log files to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, measure performance, and support advertising.

2. Types of cookies

  • Essential cookies for login, security, cart, and core website functions.
  • Preference cookies for user selections and display settings.
  • Analytics cookies for traffic and performance measurement.
  • Advertising cookies used by advertising partners to deliver, limit, or measure ads.

3. Third-party advertisements

Advertisements may be provided by third-party ad networks. These providers may process device information, IP address, cookie identifiers, page visits, and ad interactions according to their own privacy policies.

The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily mean HoopLiga endorses the advertiser, product, service, or claim.

4. Invalid traffic is prohibited

  • Users and administrators must not click HoopLiga advertisements to generate income.
  • No person may ask, reward, pressure, or mislead another person into clicking ads.
  • Bots, click exchanges, paid-to-click traffic, auto-refreshing ads, and artificial impressions are prohibited.
  • Ads must not be disguised as menu buttons, downloads, video controls, messages, or navigation.
  • Content must not encourage accidental clicks or place ads unreasonably close to interactive controls.

HoopLiga Bonus Coins are non-transferable promotional reward points. They are not cryptocurrency, have no cash-withdrawal value, and are never awarded for viewing, clicking, or interacting with advertisements. Bonus Coins may only be used for eligible HoopLiga Store discounts under the applicable rules.

5. Advertising-safe content

Pages displaying advertising must not contain prohibited sexual, violent, hateful, deceptive, illegal, infringing, or exploitative content. HoopLiga may remove user content or disable ads on affected pages.

6. Cookie choices

Users may manage or delete cookies through their browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent login, cart, security, or other website functions from working properly.

Policy notice: These documents support transparency and responsible website operation. They do not replace professional legal advice, required registrations, security controls, consent procedures, moderation, or compliance with specific government and advertising-network requirements.
