1. Application of rules
These are general rules for HoopLiga contests, tournaments, championships, rankings, and prize promotions. A specific event may publish additional rules that also apply.
2. Eligibility
Participants must satisfy the published age, location, registration, team, account, scheduling, and identity requirements. Eligibility may be verified before a prize is awarded.
3. Fair play
- No fake identities or substitute players.
- No score, statistic, vote, ranking, or XP manipulation.
- No bribery, collusion, threats, or match fixing.
- No falsified evidence, documents, game footage, or eligibility records.
- Participants must follow safety, venue, and sportsmanship rules.
4. Verification and decisions
HoopLiga may review game records, video, witness statements, account activity, and organizer reports. Reasonable administrative decisions may be made to protect fairness and safety.
5. Prizes
Prize descriptions are subject to availability, verification, sponsor terms, lawful requirements, and the specific event rules. Images may be illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Registration, insurance, taxes, transportation, delivery, documentation, ownership transfer, maintenance, or other costs are the winner’s responsibility unless the event rules expressly state that HoopLiga will pay them.
6. Disqualification
A participant may be disqualified for cheating, fraud, ineligibility, unsafe conduct, harassment, rule violations, false information, or conduct that damages the integrity of the event.
7. Changes or cancellation
An event may be postponed, modified, suspended, or cancelled because of safety concerns, technical failure, fraud, insufficient participation, venue problems, government restrictions, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
